HorizonWebRef
HorizonWebRef is a web and mobile scheduling and management platform that helps officiating organizations, leagues, and teams assign referees and umpires, track availability, share documents, send notifications, and process payroll.
Why it stands out
Built by active referees, umpires, and schedulers themselves, it combines sport-agnostic assigning with officiating-specific extras like ACH direct-deposit official payments, mileage calculations, ejection reports, supervisor evaluations, and travel itineraries.
