LXFree
LXFree is a drafting application for lighting designers that draws theatrical light plots and generates linked paperwork and reports from data attached to the graphic objects in the drawing.
Why it stands out
It is completely free for non-commercial use and uniquely couples light-plot drafting with an integrated object database that auto-generates lighting paperwork, with sibling versions (LXPlan) covering Windows and Linux via Java.
